Alloggio is a short-term rental accommodation provider across Australia and New Zealand. Our Noosa team supports guests and holiday properties from a local office in Noosa Junction. People enjoy working here because the team is growing, practical and guest-focused.
About the Role
Support guests throughout their stay and help keep holiday properties guest-ready. You'll answer questions, coordinate issues, inspect properties and work with internal teams on a full-time basis, working standard business hours with occasional weekend rotation.
Duties
- Support guests across phone, email, chat and social media
- Coordinate bookings, requests and property issues
- Conduct property inspections and complete checklists
- Recommend upgrades, welcome packs and fresh linen
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep every property guest-ready
Skills & Experience
- Guest services, hospitality or high-volume customer service experience
- A calm,
solutions-focused communication style
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using digital channels and new systems
- Availability to work a rotating weekend shift roughly twice a month
Roster
- Full time, 5 days a week
- Standard business hours, 8:30am to 5pm
- Weekend rotation approximately twice a month, with a weekday off in lieu
