We’re looking for Chef de Parties to join our kitchens across the group, with both casual and full-time opportunities available.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section and play an important role in delivering a consistently high standard of food throughout service.

You’ll work closely with our Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and wider kitchen teams across preparation and service, with the opportunity to develop your skills and experience within a growing hospitality group.

Depending on the venue, you may work across pasta, grill, larder, pastry, preparation or other sections of the kitchen.

We’re looking for chefs who take pride in their work, care about quality and enjoy being part of a team.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have previous experience in a professional kitchen, with a valuable understanding of preparation,



service and kitchen organisation.

More importantly, you’ll bring:

- A genuine passion for food and hospitality

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- Good organisation and time management

- The ability to work calmly and effectively during busy service

- A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork

- A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene

- A willingness to learn and develop your skills

- Good communication and the ability to take direction

- A commitment to maintaining high standards
