As Senior Manager, Creative Production, you will lead UOW's in-house creative studio and play a pivotal role in bringing the University's brand, campaigns and student recruitment initiatives to life through compelling, high-quality creative content across multiple channels.
About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Director, Campaigns and Delivery, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing creative, content and multimedia production across the Brand and Marketing Division. You will lead a talented team of designers and content specialists, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency and efficient delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead UOW's in-house creative and production studio, delivering high-quality creative content across digital, social, video, print and experiential channels.
- Drive creative quality, brand integrity and production standards across all marketing and communications outputs.
- Manage studio workflow, production planning and resource allocation to support a squad-based delivery model.
- Develop and lead high-performing content and design teams while managing external suppliers, freelancers and production partners.

The Brand & Marketing Division plays a critical role in shaping how UOW is understood, chosen and championed by students, partners and communities around the world.

What You'll Bring
- Postgraduate qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Significant experience leading a creative studio, content production or design function within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in creative production management across design, content, copywriting and multimedia channels.
- Proven leadership capability with experience developing creative teams and managing delivery in cooperative or matrix environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, production planning and budget management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into compelling creative execution.

Role Details
- Employment type: Permanent/Continuing, Full-time appointment
- Level 8/9: $123,283 - $152,959 plus 17% superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience
