We are looking for a Wine Terrace leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead, coach, and elevate both the guest experience and the team around them.

The Wine Terrace blends Me&U;/self-ordering with hands-on service, creating a dynamic and social atmosphere. It’s also our most in-demand event space, attracting celebrations, group bookings, and guests seeking an energetic yet refined experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading from the front to create a high-energy, engaging service setting

- Coaching and mentoring a young, emerging team, helping them grow and see hospitality as a career

- Driving sales through genuine guest connection and confident recommendations

- Managing the flow between self-ordering and traditional service seamlessly

- Overseeing event service and ensuring every booking feels special

- Maintaining smooth daily operations, strong communication, and team alignment

What You’ll Bring





- A natural host - approachable, positive, and confident

- Proven experience in supervising or managing shifts in a busy venue

- A passion for developing people and inspiring new talent

- Strong operational knowledge: POS systems, service flow, RSA compliance

- Sound understanding of food, wine, and cocktails

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- A clear understanding of workplace health & safety

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
