HRG is working with a well-established national organisation to appoint a Senior Site Access Coordinator into its Sydney team.

This role sits at the centre of site activity, helping coordinate access, contractors, maintenance works and field requirements across a large portfolio of operational sites.

You’ll be dealing with a steady flow of requests from contractors, customers and internal teams, making sure the right information is available, access requirements are understood and work can proceed safely and efficiently.

This would suit someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving solving access issues, coordinating multiple parties and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinating access requirements for field teams and contractors.
- Managing incoming site-related requests and enquiries.
- Supporting contractors with more complex access and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinating planned and reactive site activity.
- Helping resolve site access and operational issues.
- Tracking contractor activity and outstanding works through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate access, hazard and site information.
- Working closely with internal teams, customers and external contractors.
- Supporting permits, maintenance activity and site-related documentation.




- Managing multiple live requests and priorities across a busy portfolio.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to be confident, personable and able to build relationships quickly over the phone. We’re interested in people who have worked around site access, land access, field operations, property, maintenance or contractor coordination.
Relevant backgrounds could include:

- Site access coordination
- Land access support
- Telecommunications
- Utilities
- Property or facilities coordination
- Field services
- Maintenance coordination
- Network operations
- Contractor management
- Project coordination

You’ll need to be highly organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders and comfortable managing multiple requests at the same time.

Experience working in a technical, utilities or communications workplace would be useful, but we’re also open to adjacent sectors where access coordination and field activity form a major part of the role.

You’ll be joining an established team with plenty of variety, stakeholder interaction and responsibility for keeping site activity moving.
