About the opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our rapid-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

The Chemist Warehouse Jindalee Home Shopping Centre team is fun, friendly, and supportive, with a strong focus on working together to provide excellent customer care! Everyone contributes, takes ownership, and helps the team succeed in a fast paced, growing pharmacy where no two days are the same.

You will gain hands-on pharmacy experience in a professional environment, with on the job training and education to support your studies and role-related certifications. There are opportunities to move into clinical and leadership roles, as well as pathways to other parts of the business. Student pharmacists can access the Step-Up Program and a pathway to the Chemist Warehouse Intern Pharmacist program after graduation!

The store is modern, large, and busy, with a state-of-the-art dispensary and a break room. It is conveniently located near Coles, McDonalds, GYG, and other local favourites, opposite DFO Jindalee, Good Life Health Club, and Reading Cinemas, with free and easy car parking and public transport access. As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:

- Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly

- Assist customers with general queries

- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels





- Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system

- Setting up displays for catalogue promotions

- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders





- S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
