Continued growth across our services means we are looking for full-time, part time and casual Disability Support Workers to join the Vivability team.

About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll work directly with people with disability and provide support based on each person’s individual needs and goals.

The work is varied and focused on the person you are supporting. You’ll help people participate in their community, build independence and make their own choices about everyday life.

We’re looking for people who are dependable and genuinely interested in supporting others.



Previous experience in disability or community services is valued, but we also welcome people with the right approach who are willing to learn.
