About the Role

This well-established Allied Health provider is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join their highly regarded Return to Work team. With a focus on helping clients regain their independence, purpose and confidence, you will provide tailored rehabilitation services to support sustainable return to work outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide holistic rehabilitation and recovery support to clients
- Complete discipline-specific assessments, including workplace, functional and vocational assessments where appropriate to your professional background
- Develop tailored return to work plans and support clients throughout their recovery
- Build positive relationships with clients, employers and other key stakeholders
- Support clients to achieve sustainable functional and return to work outcomes
- Complete high-quality reports and documentation

What You Bring

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Relevant professional registration or membership with AHPRA or ESSA as applicable
- Strong communication, rapport-building and report-writing skills
- A positive and qualified approach to supporting clients and stakeholders
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly regarded, however not essential

An additional Launceston opportunity is also available for experienced Rehabilitation Consultants seeking the flexibility and autonomy of contracting. This is working with another quality-focused rehabilitation provider that is contractor-only.
