About the opportunity:
MINPROVISE is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing Projects Division.
This is an office-based role in Perth, responsible for the end-to-end coordination of workforce planning, scheduling, mobilisation and workforce readiness to support project delivery across Western Australia.
you will forecast workforce requirements, build project crews, coordinate the mobilisation of personnel and ensure our people are ready to commence work when required.
This is a key role for someone with strong Planning and Mobilisation experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the end-to-end workforce planning, scheduling and mobilisation process for project operations.
- Develop and maintain workforce plans, rosters and labour forecasts to support project requirements.
- Allocate personnel based on availability, skills, competencies and project requirements.
- Coordinate employee mobilisation, including site access, compliance, travel, onboarding and inductions.
- Work closely with Operations, Project Managers and Recruitment to forecast workforce demand and build project crews.
- Ensure personnel are Site Ready and compliant before mobilisation.
- Monitor workforce availability and proactively address scheduling conflicts and workforce gaps.
- Maintain accurate workforce planning and mobilisation records and provide regular updates on labour requirements and workforce readiness.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to support successful workforce mobilisation and project delivery.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 yearsu0027 experience in workforce planning, scheduling, mobilisation or resource coordination within the mining, construction, shutdown or industrial services sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and mobilising people to site.
- Experience with Tier 1 mining mobilisation processes is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of site mobilisation, compliance and workforce readiness requirements.
- Experience using workforce planning, rostering or scheduling systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and changing project requirements.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail.
