Are you an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who knows how to keep multiple builds moving, manage trades and maintain high construction standards?

Our client, is looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team and take responsibility for 15–20 residential builds across West Sydney and South West Sydney.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident managing multiple sites and enjoys working in a high-volume residential environment.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee 15–20 residential builds simultaneously
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, clients and internal teams
- Monitor construction progress, quality and workmanship
- Ensure sites meet safety, compliance and building requirements
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving
- Manage multiple construction systems and keep documentation up to date
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the build
- Ensure projects are delivered to the company's quality and compliance standards

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable managing a high-volume residential workload.
You'll ideally have:





- Proven experience as a Residential Site Supervisor / Building Supervisor
- Experience managing multiple residential builds at the same time
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A solid understanding of building compliance, safety and quality requirements
- Good computer skills and confidence using construction/site management systems
- Robust communication skills with trades, clients and internal teams
- The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction preferred
- Extensive residential construction experience
- Strong understanding of relevant building codes, regulations and safety requirements
