The Company
Our client is a growing global leader in climate control systems for the energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step away from a traditional field service role and into a workshop-based environment, while still working on interesting and specialised equipment.
The Role:
- Assemble, test, and commission refrigeration and HVAC systems to ensure they meet operational and performance requirements.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams for accurate installation and assembly.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform quality inspections to maintain high workmanship standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean,
and organised workshop environment while contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
To be successful, you will have:
- Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
- Experience working on refrigeration or HVAC systems
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Solid attention to detail and a positive attitude
Hours and pay rate:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm. Starting time can be a little flexible.
Pay rate: Up to $55 per hour depending on skill & exp + super + overtime
