About the Opportunity

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Mission, Leadership and Culture Directorate on a permanent full-time basis, in a newly developed role of Leadership and Culture Manager.

At Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese, our mission is to transform the learning and lives of every student through the provision of high-quality Catholic education. As part of our Mission, Leadership and Culture team, you will play a key role in leading the design, development and delivery of leadership and culture programs that strengthen leadership capability and foster a culture of excellence across our schools and office communities.

This is an exciting recent chance for an experienced leader who is passionate about developing people, strengthening organisational culture and driving strategic initiatives that support the mission and values of Catholic education.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Culture, you will provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, planning and delivery of leadership and culture programs across CSPD.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the design, development and delivery of leadership and culture programs that align with CSPD's strategic direction, Catholic identity and mission.

Developing and implementing system-wide approaches and frameworks to support leadership capability and organisational culture across schools and office directorates.

Providing leadership, guidance and support to team members to ensure the delivery of responsive, timely, efficient and coordinated services.

Collaborating with Directors, Heads, school leaders and key stakeholders to identify leadership and culture needs and develop programs that support organisational priorities.





Establishing and strengthening professional networks and learning communities to support leadership development and a culture of continuous learning.

Leading the evaluation and continuous improvement of leadership and culture programs to ensure they remain effective and responsive to the needs of CSPD staff.

Contributing to strategic and operational planning, including the implementation of change initiatives that support system-wide objectives.

Mentoring, coaching and developing staff through regular performance feedback and professional learning opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and collaborative leader with a strong understanding of leadership development, organisational culture and strategic program delivery.

You will demonstrate the ability to lead and develop teams, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive initiatives that support organisational priorities and continuous improvement.

You will bring:

Tertiary qualifications in educational leadership

Demonstrated management and educational leadership experience, including the ability to lead, mentor, coach and develop high-performing teams.

Experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of educational leadership development programs.

Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with leaders across diverse organisational settings.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic planning and translate organisational objectives into effective operational initiatives.

Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Experience leading continuous improvement and change initiatives to enhance programs, processes and service delivery.

Sound knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and compliance requirements, with the ability to identify and manage operational risks.

An understanding of, and commitment to, the mission and values of Catholic education.
