About the Role

As a Delivery Manager Lead, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex technical projects and end-to-end services within a product-focused setting.

You will oversee technical execution, lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects from inception through to closure. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives, budgets, schedules, quality standards and expected perks.

The role combines technical delivery leadership with project, financial, change and stakeholder management, providing an opportunity to influence critical digital services and drive successful outcomes in a complex ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complex technical projects from inception through to successful delivery
- Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and implementation plans
- Lead developers,



engineers and technical professionals to achieve milestones
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change controls and escalations
- Build solid stakeholder relationships and manage competing requirements
- Monitor project finances, performance and reporting against business objectives

Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years' Technical Delivery Management experience in complex ICT environments
- Strong project management capability across complex, large-scale initiatives
- Demonstrated financial, budget, resource and project cost management experience
- Proven stakeholder engagement, requirements and change management capability
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and delivery partners
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, with OpenShift experience desirable

Existing Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
