Coober Pedy Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its team on a five-week contract from 12 October to 11 November 2026. Based in rural and remote South Australia, this full-time RN1 position offers the opportunity to work across the Emergency Department, Acute, and Aged Care areas. Working at 1.0 FTE (76 hours per fortnight), the successful candidate will deliver nursing care in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment where flexibility and clinical adaptability are valued.

Preferred Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted licence

- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt to the unique demands of rural and remote healthcare delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPRA
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent certification
- Previous experience in rural or remote healthcare settings is advantageous
