We're open to appointing either a Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate, depending on your experience and capability. If you're an experienced retailer with leadership, keyholder or shift supervision experience, you may be considered for the Senior Sales Associate position. Strong customer-focused retailers who are earlier in their leadership journey are also encouraged to apply for the Sales Associate opportunity.

Salary will be determined based on experience and appointment level:

• Sales Associate: $61,000 + Super + Monthly Incentives

• Senior Sales Associate: $63,500 + Super + Monthly Incentives

What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences

• Build genuine connections with customers, fans and collectors





• Share product knowledge and introduce new collections with confidence

• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling and customer engagement

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and effectively

• Maintain a welcoming, engaging and customer-focused store environment

Support Daily Store Operations

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Assist with stock management, replenishment and merchandising

• Support product launches, deliveries and stocktakes

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Help ensure all operational procedures and store standards are consistently upheld

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Sales Associates

• Take ownership of daily store operations during assigned shifts

• Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures

• Act as the senior team member on duty when Store Management is not present

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering key business objectives

• Make confident decisions and resolve operational or customer issues as they arise

• Support the onboarding and training of new team members

• Provide coaching and day-to-day guidance to Sales Associates

• Lead by example and help foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

What We're Looking For

Sales Associate

• Minimum 1 year's retail experience in a customer-facing environment

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced retail environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Senior Sales Associate

• Minimum 2 years' retail experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment

• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Associate, Keyholder, Team Leader or similar role highly regarded

• Experience opening and closing a retail store

• Demonstrated ability to support, coach and motivate team members

• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service and store standards

• Ability to take accountability for store performance during assigned shifts

• Confident making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment

For Both Opportunities

• Fluency in Mandarin is required to support our local and tourist Chinese clientele

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Full-Time Availability Requirements

• This is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week

• Flexible availability across all 7 days is required

• Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays

• We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency

• As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events

• Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential
