We are looking for a friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming presence to join our growing team as a Receptionist.
About the role
The role includes (but is not limited to):
- Welcoming patients into the practice
- Close communication between the admin and clinical teams
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Opening up / closing down of the practice
- Maintaining patient records
- Organisation of referrals
- Use of Dentally dental software for the smooth running of appointment book including bookings, cancellations and confirmations
- Recalls
- Post op calls
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Use of eftpos machine / claiming through hi-caps, private health funds, Medicare CDBS and billing of DVA, HNEH and Medico Legal

Skills and experience
Experience not essential.
Admin experience an advantage, especially in a healthcare/medical setting.
Training provided.
