We are seeking a Customer Service Delivery Driver who enjoys being on the road, building strong customer relationships and delivering a high-quality service.
- Permanent, full-time position with no weekends
- Regular 8am-4pm hours
- Planned delivery runs with no overtime

The Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and completing delivery runs across Ballarat and surrounding areas
- Safely loading, transporting and delivering water products
- Building positive relationships with customers and providing excellent service
- Managing orders, inventory and delivery documentation accurately
- Communicating customer feedback and relevant information to the team
- Maintaining equipment and following company, safety and road requirements
Skills & Experience
- MR Driver's Licence or above - essential
- Forklift Licence - essential
- Physically fit with the ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling and lift heavy items
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Ballarat and surrounding areas
- Professional, reliable and organised approach to work
- Genuine interest in developing a career within the business
