We're looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our Manning café.
This is an opportunity to lead a passionate team, create exceptional guest experiences and foster a genuine sense of community in one of Perth's well-established local neighbourhoods.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading, engaging and developing your café team
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new Team Members
- Creating a positive and engaged workplace culture
- Delivering exceptional guest experience
- Managing rosters, labour costs and productivity targets
- Driving sales and commercial performance
- Managing inventory, stock control and wastage
- Maintaining Dome standards for quality, service and cleanliness
- Supporting the development of future leaders within your team
- Ensuring the café operates safely, efficiently and profitably
