About the Role
As General Manager, Retail & Commercial Partnerships, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of retail operations while overseeing resort-wide commercial partnerships, tour operator agreements and property lease arrangements.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll balance commercial performance, customer experience, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence. Working across multiple businesses and partner organisations, you'll identify opportunities for growth, strengthen commercial relationships and help drive the long-term success of Ayers Rock Resort.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead retail operations and commercial partnerships across the resort




- Drive commercial performance, revenue growth and business development
- Manage lease agreements, tourism partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Develop high-performing leaders and operational teams
- Deliver exceptional guest, partner and commercial outcomes

About You
You're a commercially astute leader who enjoys building relationships, developing people and identifying opportunities that create long-term value.

You'll bring:

- Significant leadership experience in retail, tourism, hospitality or multi-site operations
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Experience managing commercial partnerships, agreements or key stakeholder relationships
- A proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
- Resilience, initiative and adaptability in dynamic operational environments
