Working closely with project leads, business stakeholders, and training teams, you will play a central role in guiding teams through system and process shifts. Your core focus will be translating complex project milestones into targeted communications and executing seamless cutover readiness plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing targeted, multi channel communications strategies across diverse organizational functions.

- Leading cutover change activities, assessing business readiness, and driving adoption strategies.

- Identifying business impacts, managing stakeholder resistance, and facilitating smooth transition management.

- Collaborating with training specialists to ensure teams are fully equipped for system go live.

The Tech Stack & Setting

- Platform Context: Major HRIS and ERP environments (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, or PeopleSoft).





- Sector Context: Public Sector transformation landscape.

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated managing change and communications within large scale enterprise ERP or HRIS implementations.

- Mandatory hands on experience leading cutover activities, business readiness assessments, and go live transitions.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills within complex, decentralized organizations.

- Public sector transformation experience is highly desirable.

- Ability to work on site 3 days per week.
