About you

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work onsite at our ANZ Head Office in Docklands. The role operates Monday to Friday, with no weekend work, in a great working environment. You'll gain valuable exposure to a large corporate environment while being part of a friendly and inclusive workplace. The office is also easily accessible via public transport.

To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail, and you will have a positive level of computer literacy. Effective communication skills will also be required.

Main Duties:

- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.





- Manage and respond to customer enquiries, requests, and service-related issues in a timely manner.

- Identify customer needs and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to ensure resolution.

- Escalate and follow up on client requests to maintain agreed service levels (SLAs).

- Maintain accurate client records, databases, tracking spreadsheets, and reports.

- Utilize Microsoft Teams and Office 365 applications to support communication and case management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and workplace safety requirements.

- Contribute positively to team performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Handle internal/external calls

- Dealing with customer enquiries

- Maintain the switchboard databases

- General administrative duties, including assisting in the mailroom operation (handling mail/parcel, courier bookings, etc), raising and reporting faults

- Light cleaning duties

- Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery

- Moderate to Heavy lifting involved

Key Requirements





- Valid Driver's License required

- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, call centre, client services, or support role highly regarded

- Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional and confident telephone manner.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet service level targets and KPIs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

- Reliable, professional, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
