About the role
On a daily basis, you’ll keep things running smoothly by providing a range of administrative support, responding to enquiries and requests, and resolving, redirecting or escalating matters as needed. You’ll also manage office and employee supplies, process vendor invoices and accounts, and ensure service agreements are accurately prepared, distributed, updated and completed.
About you
You’ll have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a strong ability to stay organised, work efficiently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You’ll thrive in a customer-focused setting, building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, while bringing strong data entry, document management and reporting skills to the role.
Your key experience will include:
- Certificate II in Business is desirable
- Experience in a similar position and sector is preferred
- Strong skills across Microsoft Office suite and utilising online systems and platforms effectively
- Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
