Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is seeking multiple experienced Process Operators to join the Pilgangoora Lithium Operation (PLS), operated by Pilbara Minerals. With an attractive 8/6 - 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth, $65/hr remuneration, and an initial 3-month contract with genuine temp-to-perm potential, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a role at one of Australia's leading lithium operations!

The Details:

- Position: Process Operator (Wet Plant)

- Location: Pilbara, WA
- FIFO: from Perth, WA
- Roster: 8 Days / 6 Days Off, 7 Nights / 7 Days Off
- Rate: $65 per hour
- Duration: Initial 3-month contract with strong potential to transition to a permanent position
- Multiple positions available

Essential Requirements:

- Previous gold and/or lithium processing experience
- Exposure to crushing, milling, flotation, thickening and/or filtration circuits
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Australian working rights
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry tickets
- Current National Police Clearance and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor lithium processing circuits to safely achieve production and quality targets.
- Conduct routine plant inspections across crushing, milling, flotation, thickening and filtration areas.




- Monitor process performance and make operational adjustments to optimise lithium recovery and concentrate quality.
- Complete sampling, equipment checks and accurate operational reporting in line with site procedures.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and support safe, reliable plant operation
