Berry Street is seeking a Case Manager for the GOALS+ housing and support program, based across Morwell and Traralgon. The role focuses on strengths-based, trauma-informed case management and practical support for young people aged 16–21 leaving care or experiencing homelessness.

The successful candidate will develop individualized plans, connect participants to housing, education and health services, and help build life skills to enable greater independence.
