KeyDuties
- Review and assess students atthe beginning of each program
- Provide a adaptable program thatcaters for individual students
- Deliver learning programsthatdemonstratearesearch basedknowledge ofhow students learn
- Evaluate personal teaching andlearning programs including feedback from students andassessment data to inform planning
- Modelhighexpectationsto enable a safe and supportive classroomculture
- Provide reports within schoolstandards and timelines
- Activelyparticipatein professionaldevelopment activities
- Embrace a culture ofcollaboration to enhance studentlearning

Skills andExperience
- Experience teaching VCEAccounting Units 1-2 is essential. Versatility to teach anotherVCE commerce subject and middle school commerce will be anadvantage.
- Ability to connect positivelywith students and show genuine care for theirlearning
- Demonstratedcommitmenttoongoingprofessionaldevelopment
- Hold a current VIT registrationand relevant teachingqualifications
