About the Role

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment

Drive sales performance and consistently achieve (and exceed) budgets

Lead, motivate and develop your team to succeed

Oversee stock management and visual merchandising standards

Ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations

Availability across trading hours - including school holidays peak periods

Skills & Experience

A positive, energetic and hands‑on leadership style

Proven experience in retail management (fashion or apparel preferred)

Strong track record in achieving KPIs and sales targets

Excellent communication and organisational skills





Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and think on your feet

High standard of personal presentation
