McGrathNicol is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our national Technology team, based in Brisbane, Perth or Canberra. You will provide Level 2/3 support across hardware, software and cloud platforms, helping ensure a reliable digital workplace for colleagues.
You’ll work in a quick-paced environment, contribute to service improvements and projects, and support onboarding, documentation and knowledge sharing. A strong customer focus and 5 years’ IT support experience are essential.
