Bessies (Surry Hills): A one-hatted, Mediterranean wood fire restaurant.
Alma's (Surry Hills): A cocktail bar within Bessies.

Role Summary
We're searching for a talented chef de parties across all our kitchen teams. If you thrive in high-energy environments and love working with produce driven menus, this is the perfect place for you to grow your skills and career.
What We're Looking For:
At least two years' experience in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant.
Previous pans/grill experience essential.
CDP level experience in managing a section and training junior staff.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality food.
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
