- Own end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate timesheets, leave records and employee data
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll and employment obligations
- Coordinate office operations, including leases, cleaning and maintenance contracts, suppliers and equipment
- Coordinate external IT providers and technology, devices, software and security
- Coordinate company events, team off-sites and internal meetings
- Support HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding logistics, employment contracts, systems setup and employee records
- Provide general business administration and coordination support to the leadership team
- Assist with headcount and payroll reporting
- Report to the Finance Manager for payroll and office administration and the People & Culture Manager for people support
Requirements
- Proven experience with payroll processing and management at its core
- MYOB experience highly regarded
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and processes
- Service-oriented mindset and discretion handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication and document preparation skills
- HRIS experience highly regarded; ERIAS uses Employment Hero
