We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Injury Management Advisor to cover a gap within a larger IM team. Minimum 2 months' work.
This is a pivotal role supporting injury management, workers' compensation outcomes, fitness for work decisions, and early intervention initiatives across a WA portfolio.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in ensuring injured workers receive timely, compassionate and effective support while balancing operational requirements and legislative compliance.
- Manage end to end workers' compensation and injury management cases across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and implement RTW plans in consultation with treating practitioners, insurers, site leaders and employees.
- Provide expert advice on injury management, workers' compensation legislation, fitness for work matters and complex case strategies.
- Liaise closely with insurers, legal representatives, payroll teams, health providers,
operational leaders, safety teams and human resources.
About You
You are a confident and commercially minded injury management professional who enjoys partnering closely with operational teams while maintaining excellent record keeping and attention to detail.
- Extensive experience in injury management and workers' compensation.
- Allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or a related discipline.
- Robust knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and claims management processes across a WA portfolio.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing decision making across all levels of an organisation.
