The team and management are a long-standing residential builder based in Brisbane with a solid track record of delivering project homes and townhouse projects across 10 years.

What we're looking for:

QLD Supervisors License and carpenter background.

Minimum 10+ years of carpentry experience required.

Australian citizens only.

Can work on tools in an urgent situation.

Minimum 10 years residential housing or townhouses supervision experience.

Solve design and construction issues that arise on site

Experience as a Site Manager townhouse projects 10 lot plus projects highly regarded





Strong programming skills with the ability to identify critical pathways

The ability to identify defects or problems proactively

Excellent communication and time management skills

Outstanding communication and trade management skills

Be a positive, enthusiastic team player with the ability to work autonomously

Manage a number of house and townhouse project from civil to completion throughout.
