BAMBRICK is one of Queensland's largest digital marketing agencies. We've been around 25+ years, with a team of 40+ people working across SEO, paid media, and strategy. We manage millions in ad spend for hundreds of Australian businesses, including some well-known ASX-listed brands. We focus on performance, not logos or jingles.

The Role

This is a senior, client-facing role reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy. You'll manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for their campaign performance and overall strategy. You'll get admin support, so most of your time goes to strategy rather than admin work. This is a new role due to the agency's growth.

You're not just managing relationships; you're acting as a strategic partner for your clients and the main link between them and our specialist teams.

Your First 90 Days

Days 1–30: Get onboarded, learn our playbook, shadow senior account managers in meetings.

Days 31–60: Start joining client meetings, run your first one, get hands‑on with reporting, help build strategies.

Days 61–90: Take on your own clients and start growing that portfolio independently.

What We're Looking For

Must have

2+ years in digital marketing or account management

A track record of managing client relationships well

Strong strategic thinking — connecting business goals to marketing plans

Good written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders

Organised, detail‑oriented, comfortable working independently

Able to work full‑time from our Brisbane CBD office

Highly Regarded

Agency background

Hands‑on platform experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Microsoft Ads

Familiarity with SEO strategy and keyword research

Experience with GA4

Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns for mid‑to‑large clients

Client‑side candidates are welcome too. What matters most is strategic thinking, clear communication, and ownership.
