Blacktown City Council is seeking a Building Contracts Officer to manage contracts for fire protection systems, pest control, defibrillators and emergency evacuation plans across Council facilities.

You will coordinate contractors, inspect works, review compliance, maintain records and ensure Annual Fire Safety Statements are completed on time, while monitoring budgets and WHS obligations.
