- Lead and deliver Data & Analytics projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
- Design and develop high-quality business and technical solutions that improve performance and unlock opportunities for clients
- Take ownership of work with autonomy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Translate complex requirements into clear, effective Data & Analytics solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay ahead of industry, technology, and methodology trends
- Lead small to medium project teams, providing technical and team leadership
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines, implement data engineering solutions, and ensure data quality and accuracy
- Contribute to proposals, identify new opportunities, and support Altisʹ growth
- Help develop and refine Altis methodologies and project collateral
Requirements
- Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions
- Data integration with a variety of data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data
- Good skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design
- Experience in cloud Technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable)
- Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A background in consulting and qualified services
- Tertiary qualification in an IT-related subject, or relevant work experience
- 5–7 years of consulting and implementation experience
- 5–7 years broad IT experience
- 5+ years experience of leading data & analytics tools
- 5+ years delivering projects in a client facing environment
- Experience using Data Bricks is essential
- Must be an Australian Citizen
