Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant for the Aged Services Emergency Team. The CNC will lead care planning for adults over 60, coordinating assessments to reduce ED re-presentations and support seamless patient flow through our expanding ED system.

Candidates require AHPRA registration, 5 years post-registration experience (3+ in gerontology/aged care) and postgraduate qualifications in gerontology.
