- Salary : $115,337.04 - $120,440.32 plus Super and Salary Packaging

About the role

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the External Training Team, including providing leadership, coaching, assisting with training and quality oversite of packages and delivery. The team leader will lead and support a team of Aboriginal facilitators to deliver Culturally solid, high-quality learning experiences that build the capability of external organisation working with Aboriginal children, families and communities.

About You

- Demonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in facilitating engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
- A strong understanding of Aboriginal cultures, communities, histories and cultural protocols.
- Ability and willingness to build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of budget requirements and the ability to meet these.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to travel as required, and at times work outside of hours within reason.
- Requirements:



Valid Police Check, a Victorian Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and aVictorian Driver Licence.Current COVID-19 vaccination(Strongly Recommended).
