- Support the Finance Business Partner with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
- Develop predictive analytics and provide insights supporting operational and strategic decision-making
- Identify, analyse, and explain key drivers of financial performance and value creation
- Monitor business performance against targets and support improvement initiatives
- Provide commercial and financial decision support to business leaders and stakeholders
- Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes, and governance requirements
- Build strong relationships across the portfolio and contribute to a collaborative business partnering culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and post graduate qualifications in a relevant field such as Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics
- CPA/CA (or progress towards) is preferred
- Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial and reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
