Store Manager – Elite Supplements Burleigh Heads

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Burleigh Heads team.

Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment and knows how to build a motivated, high-performing team.

THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the Burleigh Heads store.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and business objectives

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding in-store experience

Coaching, motivating and developing team members through regular feedback and leadership

Managing rosters, wage budgets and daily store operations

Monitoring store performance and taking action to improve results

Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members

Managing inventory, stock control and operational processes

Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness and store presentation

Executing promotions, displays, sampling activities and social media initiatives

Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

Ensuring company policies, procedures and standards are consistently followed





This is a hands‑on role where you’ll spend most of your time leading from the shop floor, serving customers, coaching your team and ensuring the store operates to Elite’s high standards.

Has previous retail management or strong leadership experience

Has a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

Thrives in a customer‑focused retail environment

Is driven by achieving sales targets and KPIs

Understands rosters, wage management, stock control and store operations

Has excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills

Takes ownership of results and maintains high standards

Has a genuine passion for health, fitness and supplementation

Is available to work a consistent Tuesday–Saturday roster
