Foundation & Corporate Sales Manager Queensland Cricket

Queensland Cricket and the Brisbane Heat are entering an exciting phase of growth, and we're looking for a driven sales and fundraising professional to join our Commercial & Marketing team. This is a unique prospect to combine corporate sales and fundraising, driving commercial growth and developing partnerships that leave a lasting community impact through the Queensland Cricket Foundation. You'll be responsible for developing recent business, growing corporate partnerships and memberships, securing donors, and delivering fundraising outcomes that help make cricket more accessible across Queensland.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you'll:

- Drive revenue across corporate hospitality, corporate memberships and ticketing products
- Build and convert a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship development
- Secure new donors and fundraising support for the Queensland Cricket Foundation
- Support fundraising campaigns, events and donor engagement initiatives
- Contribute to new revenue-generating opportunities across the business

About you

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoy the challenge of identifying opportunities, building relationships and closing deals.

You'll bring

- 3+ years' experience in business development, sales, fundraising or account management
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong prospecting, pipeline management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with senior business leaders, corporate decision-makers and donors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills




- A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach
- Experience in sport, events, sponsorship, hospitality, membership or fundraising environments will be highly regarded
- Current Queensland Blue Card, or ability to obtain (essential!)
