Endeavour Foundation in Brisbane is seeking an NDIS Coordinator to support customers, families and stakeholders through the NDIS journey, helping them understand and maximise their plans, prepare for planning and review meetings, and ensure goals and support needs are clearly represented.
You will build robust relationships, advocate for customers, coordinate with service delivery teams, and manage a caseload while keeping customers at the centre of decisions.
