Talenza is seeking an experienced Head of Release Management to lead release planning, readiness and execution across a large-scale enterprise transformation within financial services. This role provides end-to-end oversight across multiple Release Trains (RTEs) and ensures teams, technology, business operations and stakeholders are aligned for major releases and migration events.

Based in Sydney CBD with 4-5 days in the office, you will partner with senior executives to drive governance,
