My Claim Consulting operates within the insurance claims sector and is developing new partnership channels across Australia. This role will focus on building commercially sustainable relationships with suitable building, roofing, restoration, trade, property and insurance-adjacent businesses. You will identify prospective partners that share the commitment to professional conduct, quality workmanship, responsive communication and positive customer outcomes during the claims process. You will be based in Brisbane; however, this is a genuinely national role. A significant part of your time will be spent on the road and interstate, researching markets, meeting prospective partners, developing relationships and supporting new partnerships as they become established.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and research high-value B2B partnership opportunities nationally
- Identify, assess and approach suitable building, roofing, restoration, trade, property and insurance-adjacent businesses
- Develop relationships directly with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers
- Generate current opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and market research
- Conduct face-to-face meetings across Queensland and interstate
- Present commercial partnership opportunities clearly, professionally and accurately
- Assess prospective partners' service capability, geographic coverage, capacity, quality controls and commercial suitability
- Establish controlled pilot relationships with suitable businessesWork with internal teams to support effective partner onboarding, activation and ongoing management
- Build and manage a disciplined national partnership pipeline

About you

- Proven success developing new B2B partnerships,



referral networks, distribution channels or strategic commercial relationships
- Experience in construction, building, roofing, restoration, trade services, insurance, loss adjusting, property, strata or related professional-services markets
- Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with business owners, directors and senior operational decision-makers
- Experience taking a partnership from prospecting through commercial discussion, onboarding, activation and ongoing performance management
- A track record of personally creating measurable revenue, repeat business, partner growth or market expansion
- Experience working with CRM systems, pipeline reporting and commercial forecasting
- Comfortable with cold prospecting and generating your own opportunities
- Comfortable travelling regularly throughout Australia and working independently while away from the Brisbane office
- Able to negotiate commercial relationships and follow opportunities through longer sales and partnership-development cycles
