Position Summary

The Senior Event Producer is responsible for leading and delivering major client programs and flagship events, ensuring they are executed to Verve’s premium standards. The role is primarily hands-on in delivery, with accountability for managing events, senior client relationships, budgets and delivery teams within assigned portfolios.

Senior Event Producers own their events end-to-end and provide support to Event Coordinators working across those programs. The role works closely with the General Manager to ensure delivery aligns with agreed standards, tools and ways of working.

This is a senior, hands-on delivery role suited to an experienced event professional — we're looking for 5+ years' experience delivering B2B corporate events, ideally agency-side.

Key Responsibilities

Event Delivery & Execution

Lead end-to-end delivery of flagship, multi-day and complex programs, including conferences, incentives, roadshows

Own planning, production, creative, logistics and onsite delivery for assigned events

Ensure events are delivered on time, on budget and on brand

Client Ownership & Communication

Act as the primary senior delivery contact for allocated clients

Lead client WIPs and provide clear, structured updates

Build trusted client relationships through confident delivery leadership

Escalate risks or issues early where required

Budget Management & Commercial Discipline

Own and manage event budgets for assigned programs

Maintain cost control, forecasting accuracy and financial discipline

Identify and flag budget, scope or resourcing risks early

Project WIPs & Team Coaching

Coach and develop one assigned Project Coordinator through structured WIPs, hands-on delivery support and real-time feedback

Production, Creative & Onsite Delivery

Oversee production elements including staging, AV, branding, signage and theming

Own the Artwork Matrix, partnering with designers to develop concepts and manage all creative assets through approval,



specification and production

Manage sponsor and exhibitor deliverables where applicable

Lead onsite delivery including rehearsals, speaker management and event flow
