What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading, mentoring, and motivating a passionate team to deliver exceptional service every day.

Taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of the café — from rostering and wage/stock control to running smooth shifts and creating great customer experiences.

Leading staff training, supporting team development, and encouraging growth and positivity within the team.

Keeping an eye on food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency.

Bringing fresh ideas to improve systems, service, and sales.

Creating a positive team culture where people know what's expected and are supported to do their best.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a café or hospitality manager.

Hands-on food preparation experience and a good understanding of food preparation, presentation, portioning, and kitchen/café standards.





A very solid eye for detail — you notice when something isn't quite right and take action to fix it.

A people-focused leader who builds strong, happy teams.

A true passion for customer service — you know that creating memorable experiences is what keeps people coming back.

Organised, reliable, and commercially minded, with an understanding of costs and profitability. Previous experience meeting KPI targets and tracking numbers is preferred.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A hands-on attitude — you’re the type who leads from the floor.

Someone who takes ownership, is proactive, and isn't afraid to step up and make decisions.
