Seed Heritage is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Victoria portfolio of concept and concession stores. You’ll be a hands-on, people‑first leader, inspiring teams, driving sales and delivering standout results across a quick‑paced, style‑led business.
Reporting to the VIC State Manager, you’ll coach store teams, maintain brand standards, oversee rostering and stock, and pursue development opportunities across people, product and location. This is a high‑visibility, rewarding leadership role.
