Cinebar is opening at Ferny Grove Central, and we're looking for a Cinema Manager who can bring together great people, strong standards and smooth day-to-day operations.

This isn't a role where you sit in an office all day.

You'll be on the floor, working with your Supervisors, coaching staff, checking standards, managing labour and making sure the venue is ready for every session.

The Big Things You'll Own

People Management & Team Leadership
Lead the team, manage performance and attendance, support recruitment and create a positive workplace culture.

Training & Development
Make sure staff are properly trained, confident and competent - and develop Supervisors who can effectively lead their shifts.

Quality Assurance
Maintain consistently high standards across cinemas, cleaning, food and beverage, presentation and customer service.

Operations
Keep sessions, service, functions and daily venue operations running smoothly.

Labour & Rostering
Plan rosters, monitor staffing and control labour while maintaining strong guest service.

Safety & Compliance
Oversee RSA, licensed venue requirements, safety, incidents and operational compliance.

Hospitality, cinema, entertainment, retail or other venue-management experience would all translate well to this role.
