Curiosity Tree Early Education is looking for enthusiastic and capable Assistant Centre Managers to support the day-to-day leadership of our centres. About the Role

Working closely with the Centre Manager, you'll help lead a vibrant team, support centre operations, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. You'll be a key role model — bringing positivity, organisation, and strong communication to keep things running smoothly.

What You Bring

- Diploma or ECT qualification (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience as a 2IC, Room Leader,



Educational Leader, or similar role (leadership experience preferred)
- Good understanding of the National Quality Framework and Regulations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A team-first mindset and a passion for building a positive culture
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to update)
- Supporting the Centre Manager with daily operations, compliance, and centre leadership
- Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver high-quality practice aligned with the EYLF and NQF
- Building warm, professional relationships with families and contributing to enrolment growth
- Assisting with rostering, staffing support, and smooth daily routines
- Contributing to the QIP, programming support, and assessment & rating readiness
- Supporting a safe, welcoming environment that prioritises child wellbeing
- Stepping into the Centre Manager role when required (leave/absence coverage)

Applicants must supply two professional references, one of whom must have held a recent supervisory or leadership role within an early childhood or education service.
