Working across high-densitydevelopments, large-scale residential, and complex multi-stage projects, thestudio takes a holistic approach, integrating design, documentation, andconstruction delivery to ensure clarity from concept through to completion.

The Working Setting
- Full time, studio-based role
- Based in Surfers Paradise
- Standard hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
The Role
- Lead full end to end project lifecycle deliveryincluding briefing, concept, documentation, and construction
- Manage scope, budget, programme, and resourcing
- Lead design direction aligned with clientvision, budget, and constraints
- Oversee high-quality documentation (DA, BA,IFC)
- Coordinate teams and consultants to deliverclear outcomes
- Ensure compliance with NCC, standards, andregulations
- Maintain project quality, clarity, andefficiency
- Mentor and support junior architects andgraduates
- Foster a collaborative, accountable teamenvironment
- Manage tendering, procurement,
and contractorselection
- Administer contracts and construction phaseservices
- Review RFIs, shop drawings, variations, andclaims
- Help shape the culture, standards, and futuredirection of the practice
A Successful Candidate
- Registered Architect (Australia) with localproject experience
- Strong experience delivering complexresidential or mixed-use projects
- Confident leading projects independently andmanaging multiple priorities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong coordinationskills
- Solid understanding of constructionmethodology, detailing, and structural coordination
- Experience with precast /modular systems highly regarded
- Exposure to costing or development-sidethinking is a strong advantage
- Advanced Revit skills + Adobe Suite
- Strong communicator: pragmatic, clear, andsolutions-focused
