Fortress is seeking a full time Events & Staffing Coordinator based in the Greater Brisbane area to manage casual staff for Fortress Experiences across SEQ venues and coordinate on-site event delivery.

You will recruit, onboard, train staff, and liaise with partner venues while travelling as needed to ensure smooth operations and quality standards for 30-100+ guest events. Apply if you’re organized and proactive.
