- Deliver LOM plans and budgets while optimising resource recovery and cost control.
- Oversee contractor management, equipment utilisation and statutory responsibilities.
- Foster a strong safety culture, incident management and investigation.
- Coordinate drill & blast, load & haul, technical staff and mobile maintenance functions.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase production and reduce costs.
- Manage outsourcing contracts, negotiations and contractor performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
- Unrestricted WA Quarry Manager's Certificate
- Senior Site Executive
- 15+ years' experience in open-pit gold mining operations with effective leadership of large teams.
- Strong knowledge of gold processing, mining equipment, geological and engineering information.
- Comprehensive understanding of WA mining legislation, safety standards and codes of practice.
- Advanced computer skills including mining software, SAP (desirable) and HSE systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with proven stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
